Full Job Description Location:

Seattle, WA Schedule:

5 days/week | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Times Schedule to be discussed based on contract)

Role:

Township Security Services is seeking a dependable, professional Security Officer to patrol two residential buildings at Valdok Apartments in Seattle. This position requires strong situational awareness, excellent customer service, and the ability to maintain a commanding presence in a residential community.

Duties Include:

Conduct property patrols through out the day Escort unauthorized person(s) from property Monitor and report on any suspicious activity Enforce no trespassing Submit detailed daily activity reports to the Manager Respond to concerns and incidents via a dedicated phone line

Requirements:

Previous security experience preferred (especially in residential or property patrol) Must wear tactical attire - professional appearance required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to walk for extended periods and patrol multiple buildings Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check Must be 21 years old to apply Must have a valid drivers license Must be able to hold and maintain a security guard card Why Join Township Security?
