Position Overview We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to support a retail location in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with strong situational awareness, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment in a public-facing setting. Key Responsibilities Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter theft, disturbances, and unsafe behavior Conduct routine patrols of the premises, including sales floor and back-of-house areas Monitor activity and identify potential security or safety risks Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and service calls Provide assistance, directions, and support to customers and store staff Accurately document daily activities, incidents, and observations Follow post orders and enforce site policies and procedures Minimum Requirements Valid Washington State Security Guard License (Required) Must be at least 18 years of age Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday schedule Preferred Qualifications Prior security experience in retail, corporate, or public-facing environments CPR/First Aid certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Military or public safety background Why Join Treston Security Services?
