ALK Global Security Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Armed Security Officer for a full time permanent assignment. This position is intended for seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in armed security, military service, or law enforcement. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional judgment, advanced proficiency with both lethal and non lethal equipment, and superior report writing skills. Officers are required to provide and maintain their own duty equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of verifiable armed security, military, or law enforcement experience Active armed security license for the applicable state Current firearms qualification and documented proficiency Must provide and maintain personal duty firearm in compliance with state law and company standards Must provide and maintain personal ballistic vest Must provide and maintain personal non lethal defensive equipment including OC spray and baton Exceptional written report writing skills with strong attention to detail Strong situational awareness and sound decision making under pressure Clean criminal background and ability to pass extensive background screening Valid driver license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience:

Prior military service or sworn law enforcement background High risk or sensitive assignment experience Experience preparing reports used for legal or administrative review Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide armed security services during evening operations Conduct proactive patrols and threat deterrence Respond to incidents in accordance with use of force policies Proper and lawful deployment of lethal and non lethal equipment Complete clear, accurate, and timely incident reports Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and accountability Shift 4 days on - 3 days off
