POSITION DETAILS

Full-Time Position 32-40 hours per week 4-5 days per week 12:00pm - 8:00pm shifts Must be available to work holidays Must be 21+ Reliable transportation required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Security Guard, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our customers and team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring the property and maintaining a visible security presence Monitoring and controlling access to the facility Responding appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security concerns Monitoring surveillance systems and identifying potential issues Reporting incidents and security concerns to management Helping de-escalate customer or employee conflicts when necessary Supporting loss-prevention efforts Maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at all times Following all company safety and security procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Professional and approachable Alert and observant Comfortable working independently Able to remain calm in stressful situations Strong at communication and conflict de-escalation Comfortable working with customers and employees Able to follow company procedures and security protocols Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, loss prevention, or a similar field is a plus , but we are also interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
