Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Records in Redmond, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, assisting with directions, tenant support, and visitor interactions while maintaining a professional presence. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
