Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize liability. Responds specifically to any type of medical situation on the premises.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Responds to all medical calls on the premises (Injury or Illness/Guest or Team Member). Protects patrons and employees from illegal activity and in times of emergency. Assists in the control and organization of admittance to facility. Investigates and records all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility and maintains daily log. Executes emergency response and evacuation procedures as directed by the manager. Monitors and assists in the enforcement of policies and procedures, federal and state and local laws. Investigates medical related incidents, accidents, calls and/or events to include taking initial report and conducting interviews with appropriate follow-up. Maintains and cares for medical supplies and equipment. Complies and safeguards protected health information PHI) under HIPAA. Fire command monitoring and reporting. Stands/walks for a long period of time while at post or on patrol. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information . Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED ; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Possess, and maintain, either of the following: Washington State Emergency Medical Services License/Certificate Basic or above National Registry of Emergency Medical Services Basic Certification or above Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Maintain current with emergency response training and basic life support techniques. Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. Must be able to work inside and outside year around. Must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift. Able to reach and stoop as part of the job. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures. Swing Shift is 4:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m.

Wages:
This role offers a starting wage of $19.94 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range. Knock, knock. Hear that sound? That's opportunity!
