Position Summary:
Patrols casino and/or is assigned to designated rotating posts throughout each shift.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Exhibits a professional appearance, attitude, and overall demeanor. Protects patrons and employees from illegal activity and in times of emergency. Safeguards money and assets transported to and from and within the gaming facility and cashier/cage departments. Investigates and records all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility and maintains incident report writing. Verifies jackpot payouts and hopper re-fills. Fire command monitoring and reporting. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information . Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Must have a desire to assist guests and treat all guests in a consistently positive manner. Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time throughout an 8-hour shift. Must be able to work inside and outside year around. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) years' experience in a high-volume guest service position with exceptional service skills.
Shift hours:
Grave 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00

Wages:
