Responsibilities Manage entry points using access control systems to verify IDs and ensure only authorized individuals gain access. Conduct thorough background checks and perform security screenings on patrons, staff, and vendors as needed. Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols to oversee premises safety and detect suspicious activity. Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances by de-escalating conflicts using conflict management techniques. Enforce venue policies and safety regulations while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service. Perform emergency response procedures including

CPR, AED

operation, first aid, and fire safety protocols when necessary. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches or unusual activities for future review. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV systems and access control technology. Ability to perform physical security duties such as patrolling, heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining a visible security presence. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use preferred; training provided if necessary. Knowledge of emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and incident report writing. Excellent conflict de-escalation skills with the ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally. Compliant with all security regulations and legal requirements relevant to the role.
