AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and assisting with security-related concerns at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate. Monitor visitor, employee, and contractor access points, help to deter unauthorized entry, and follow established protocols for deliveries, temporary badges, and restricted areas. Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, remaining aware that working environments and conditions may vary by location. Prepare clear reports on access activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and support client staff with directions, information, and other customer service needs related to the post.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
