Position Summary:

We are hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee security operations, coordinate guard teams, and ensure the consistent delivery of our protection standards. This leadership role requires a proactive, organized professional with a strong security background and the ability to lead by example in the field. This is a position with variable hours depending on site needs. Candidates must be open to a combination of active field work, last-minute schedule coverage, and supervisory duties such as officer coaching and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support onsite officers to ensure professional performance and site compliance. Review daily activity reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. Conduct routine patrols and inspections of posts to assess quality of service. Serve as the point of contact for escalations during incidents or emergencies. Coordinate shift coverage and assist with last-minute staffing needs as required. Train, mentor, and coach officers on post duties, appearance standards, and protocol. Provide expert knowledge of assigned sites to ensure operational consistency. Promote a positive, collaborative environment that enhances team performance. Lead by example in professionalism, appearance, and adherence to protocol. Communicate directly with clients as needed to address concerns or updates. Complete reports related to incident response, officer performance, or site audits. Maintain readiness to respond to situations requiring intervention or de-escalation.

Requirements:

Valid Armed Security Guard License (WA

DOL/WACJTC

) At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in security, law enforcement, or military Strong working knowledge of patrol operations, post orders, and incident response Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor Demonstrated leadership ability and team management experience CPR/First Aid Certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability for flexible scheduling, including overnight, weekend, or emergency shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

Military or law enforcement background Experience managing client relationships or high-profile security contracts Bilingual (not required but a plus) Additional certifications (OC spray, baton, tactical communication)
