In this dynamic role, you will serve as the first line of defense, monitoring activity, managing access points, and ensuring a secure environment for staff, visitors, and property. Your proactive presence will help deter potential threats, respond effectively to incidents, and maintain a safe atmosphere at all times. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify hazards, ensure safety protocols are followed, and prevent theft or vandalism Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations for visitors, contractors, and staff members Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, assessing situations with calm professionalism and taking appropriate action Document all security activities, incidents, and observations accurately in shift reports and logs Assist with conflict management by de-escalating disputes and maintaining a peaceful environment Support emergency response procedures by providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services

MUST BE CPR CERTIFIED MUST HAVE A VALID SECURITY LICENSE FOR THE STATE OF WASHINGTON
