AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, security-related concerns, and/or maintenance issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assist with screening or visitor processing as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized access attempts. Support routine operations by preparing reports, maintaining activity logs, and following post orders related to public-facing facilities and utility-related locations.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to ride a bike. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being able to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
