As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests, tenants, and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, damaged property, or other security-related concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel. Complete required activity reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
