As one of Green Bay's premier sports bar destinations, our security team plays a critical role during game days, special events, live entertainment, and busy weekends. Key Responsibilities Verify guest identification and monitor entry points. Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the venue. Enforce house policies and applicable alcohol service regulations. Monitor guest activity and proactively address issues before they escalate. Professionally de-escalate conflicts and disturbances while prioritizing guest safety. Assist management with crowd control during high-volume shifts, game days, and special events. Ensure exits, walkways, and common areas remain safe, clear, and accessible. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns. Work collaboratively with management and staff to support an exceptional guest experience. Document incidents and communicate important information to leadership as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous experience in security, hospitality security, military service, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe environment. Ability to stand, walk, and work in crowded, high-energy environments for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, local events, and game days is required.
