As one of Green Bay's premier Stadium District destinations, our security team plays a vital role during game days, concerts, live entertainment, and special events. Key Responsibilities Verify guest identification and monitor venue entry points. Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property. Enforce house policies and applicable alcohol service regulations. Monitor guest behavior and proactively address concerns before they escalate. De-escalate conflicts and disturbances with professionalism and sound judgment. Assist with crowd management during peak business hours, game days, concerts, and special events. Help ensure exits, walkways, dance floor areas, and common spaces remain safe and accessible. Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns. Work closely with management and staff to support a positive guest experience. Complete incident reports and communicate important information to management when necessary. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous experience in security, hospitality security, military service, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations. Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and committed to guest safety. Ability to stand, walk, and work in crowded, high-energy environments for extended periods.
