ACTIVE WISCONSIN GUARD PERMIT REQUIRED

$350 SIGN-ON BONUS Already have an active Wisconsin Guard Permit? Join our team and you may be eligible for a $350 sign-on bonus , $200 paid after the first 90 days of employment and an additional $150 paid after another 90 days, provided you remain actively employed and in good standing. We're hiring professional, dependable Security Officers for a large industrial facility in Green Bay.

An active Wisconsin Guard Permit is required for this position.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

2nd Shift 3rd Shift Flex / Variable Schedule

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Monitor facility entrances, exits, and access points Verify credentials and authorize entry Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols Monitor and respond to security and safety concerns Complete activity and incident reports Follow site security procedures and client protocols Provide professional and courteous service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active Wisconsin Guard Permit — required Must be reliable, alert, and able to work assigned shifts Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Security experience preferred Reliable attendance and dependable work history Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening
