What will you do? Patrol pedestrian and mobile facilities. Promote protection and safety of company assets, patrons, and team members. Enforce and adhere to all unit, department, and company policies and procedures; report incidents. Observe and report procedural violations and illegal activity. Fill out departmental log forms; verify all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of the shift. Assist with emergencies as directed. More about you Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and maintaining customer goodwill. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events. No experience or diploma required Physical requirements Requires the ability to see, hear, walk, run, sit, squat, bend, reach, and grasp objects throughout the shift in all weather conditions. Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
