Responsibilities Lead and schedule electronic security installation projects for commercial and residential clients Supervise and support installation technicians in the field Install, configure, and test alarm, access control, and video surveillance systems Ensure code compliance, safety standards, and quality assurance on all jobs Coordinate materials, equipment, and site readiness with operations and sales teams Troubleshoot and resolve technical installation issues on-site Train customers on system use and basic maintenance Document work performed, configuration details, and project status Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and service reports Support continuous improvement of installation processes and team performance Required Skills Electronic security system installation Low-voltage wiring and terminations Alarm panel configuration and programming Access control systems CCTV/IP video systems Reading blueprints and wiring diagrams Technical troubleshooting Team supervision and leadership Job scheduling and coordination Customer service and client communication
