WISCONSIN GUARD CARD

$350 SIGN-ON BONUS

Candidates who already have an active Wisconsin Guard Permit are eligible for a $350 sign-on bonus paid after the first 90 days of employment, then an additional $150 after the next 90 days, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing.

We are currently hiring dependable and professional Security Officers for a large industrial facility in Sheboygan.

Available schedules:

Part-Time-Friday & Saturday 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Part-Time-Sunday & Monday 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

FLEX-Must have open availability to cover call offs/vacation/schedule gaps

What You'll Do

As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor facility entrances and access points

Verify credentials and authorize entry

Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols

Monitor and respond to security concerns

Complete activity and incident reports

Follow site security procedures and protocols

Provide professional and courteous customer service

What We're Looking For

Active WI Card Card

Security experience preferred, but not required for all candidates

Reliable and dependable attendance

Strong communication skills

Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug screening

Must be reliable, alert, and able to work assigned shifts

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
