RATE OF PAY
$15.00/HR.OR D.O.E. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
$1.00/HR. 11PM-7AMJOB SUMMARY
Provide positive guest service, protect and secure all assets of the Casino properties. Enforce all Casino and Security policies and procedures. Provide written reports for required incidents. Positively assist all departments and employees as required or as dispatched.QUALIFICATIONS
Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to communicate within department standards. Law enforcement, security, loss prevention, and/or military police experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and able to meet our insurance criteria.PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to interact and work with employees of varying backgrounds. Must be detail oriented, alert, and observant. Must have positive guest service skills. Must have the ability to handle high stress situations. Must be honest and have integrity.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Must provide courteous, professional, efficient, and positive guest and employee service. Must respond to all dispatched calls professionally and efficiently. Assist in training of newly hired staff. Must make ID checks for underage guests and be observant to any suspicious or unusual situations or persons. Must know the location of all emergency equipment. Must know and follow all Casino and Security department Policies and Procedures. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings.
