This position involves proactive surveillance, access control, incident prevention and guarding equipment and assets. You will be the first line of defense, ensuring a safe and secure environment through vigilant monitoring. Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of the facility or property to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security threats. Control access points, verifying identities, and maintaining logs of all entries and exits. Respond swiftly to incidents by reporting incidents, managing conflicts through de-escalation techniques, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Provide excellent on-site security by being alert and maintaining a professional presence at all times Experience Previous experience in security roles, military, corrections or law enforcement is highly desirable Ability to pass background checks and drug test Conduct thorough patrolling routines with attention to detail Communication skills for incident reporting Be able to use application software on your phone to record pictures of sites and use a mobile time clock to report hours Join us if you're passionate about creating safe environments through proactive security measures!
