The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and law enforcement activities. This role requires a strong commitment to public safety, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity. Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to identify suspicious behavior or incidents. Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce laws and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary. Document incidents accurately in reports and maintain detailed records of activities. Engage with the community to foster positive relationships and promote safety awareness. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage. Participate in ongoing training related to conflict management, surveillance techniques, and law enforcement practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in law enforcement is preferred. Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with the public.
