full-time The Investigations Expert is responsible for conducting investigations, handling service-quality reports, and supporting risk control activities. The role ensures compliance, identifies operational violations, and strengthens the organization's internal control system. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and investigations as assigned by Management Receive, assess, and filter reports submitted to the Inspection Mailbox; coordinate with relevant departments to address and clarify issues. Receive, evaluate, and investigate customer service-related complaints submitted to the Service Quality Mailbox. Propose and execute thematic inspection plans to identify violations in key operational areas and/or large-scale or severe system breaches. Perform post-inspection reviews on a sampling basis for major, complex, or suspicious cases when the clarifications from related departments are insufficient or incomplete. Prepare periodic reports and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisors or management. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred majors:

Law, Security/Police studies, Safety, Human Resource Management, or related fields Experience in Investigations, Corporate Security, Fraud, Compliance, Internal Control, or related areas Experience in the transportation or mobility services industry is an advantage.
