Career growth opportunities at ECAM Your Responsibilities as an Escalations Specialist Review camera footage and assess potential security risk events Responsible for understanding client-specific requirements and protocols. Deter suspicious or unwanted activity from client property. Responsible for contacting appropriate authorities with urgency (Police, Fire, Guard, etc.). Answer inbound calls while utilizing a multi-line phone system. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Special projects as assigned (audits, process documentation, research, etc.). Monitor camera alarms for assigned sites/station and act accordingly based on the events and severity of activity observed. Able to multitask using different computer programs. Ability to work under pressure while observing and handling live criminal events. Experience with Microsoft office-word, excel. Ability to effectively use google maps. Ability to maintain confidentiality of legally protected information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
