Oakland, CA Job Details Part-time $27 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer service Team leadership iOS Guard Card Computer hardware Security Full Job Description About the role: The Lead Officer ensures SIS standards and policies are met in overall field services, operations and functions in assigned area including post reviews, Specialist inspections, emergency response, client liaison, and special projects as assigned. Lead Officers are expected to visit all posts within their assigned area and document all visits and persons contacted during their shift. This position reports directly to the In this role, your responsibilities will be: Coordinate and oversee all security operations and programs in assigned area, ensuring compliance with general and specific post orders for assigned Specialist positions Act as the primary point of contact for any needs by the client or Specialists during the shift Partner with client location representatives to ensure proper utilization and execution of security programs Respond in a timely manner to emergent events, issues, staffing deficiencies, and client requests Initiate preliminary investigations and write incident reports on all internal personnel issues Distribute equipment to personnel as necessary and maintain inventory records Complete proper personnel documentation/paperwork and processing as circumstances dictate Perform other related duties as required As a candidate you must have: High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience Two plus years experience as a Security Specialist with at least one year in a leadership capacity Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed We offer: Paid Time Off including Sick/Safe Time A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
