Job Summary Surveillance Officer The main function of a Surveillance Officer is to protect the casino, its guests, and fellow employees by observing the gaming floor and all other areas of the casino via digital surveillance.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of table games procedures, house rules, and ICMPs Monitor table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino Monitor premises of all areas to detect crimes or disturbances, using closed circuit television monitors, and notify authorities if needed for corrective actions Basic knowledge of Colorado gaming laws Take and respond to radio calls Answer phone calls and record all information into a designated log Able to function in a multi-task situation Able to monitor multiple cameras Observe and report all infractions Basic understanding of video recording and camera equipment Communicate and implement department procedure in accordance with internal controls Complete surveillance reports and investigations Strong written and oral communication Strong sense of confidentiality
