Monday - Friday, 12:00 - 8:00 pm Second shift differential: Additional $1.00 per hour

We at Evolution Consulting & OIG Compliance NOW are a private, ISO 27001 Certified third-party administrator that provides comprehensive monthly sanction screening and investigation services. Our investigators identify and validate excluded individuals/entities working in organizations that receive federal healthcare program money. We search individuals that work for companies that commit certain types of crimes, such as patient abuse and healthcare fraud, that are "excluded" from receiving healthcare program money. Our teams of criminal investigators conduct background check screening services for healthcare, educational, and government facilities, inclusive of employees, affiliated personnel, and vendors/contractors. We also provide nationwide applicant medical services and drug testing that are a perquisite for hiring.

Investigators will use appropriate investigative techniques learned during training to collect, review, interpret, and analyze facts developed during the employment screening process. Investigators will verify previous employment history, reference and degree verification's. Background Check Investigators will work in a team environment as part of a professional office setting. Phone, computer and grammar skills are a must . Quality candidates will be able to problem solve, multi-task, communicate professionally and deliver excellent customer service. There is potential for growth opportunities, leadership positions and management. There will be reviews at 30, 60, and 90 working days, with potential for more compensation. Compensation starts at $19 an hour. We also pay incentives for each background check completed. You could make at least $ 125.00 a week in incentives .
