Job Description
The Community Supervision Specialist provides supervision, oversight and guidance to youth on their caseload. The level of supervision varies depending on the youth's risk assessment and other identified needs by their Probation Officer. Supervision includes face-to-face contacts in the community; at homes, schools, and other residential facilities, to ensure compliance with the youth's court order expectations. We are looking for a Community Supervision Specialist who must have: High school diploma or GED At least 6 months experience working with at risk youth Familiarity with the Juvenile Justice System and community resources is preferred Must have valid driver's license, ability to use personal vehicle for work purposes, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
