Day:
Monitor activity on Cboe's options trading floor to help ensure market integrity and regulatory compliance. This individual will conduct real-time surveillance of trading activity, investigate potential trading violations, evaluate surveillance alerts, and collaborate with internal regulatory and investigative teams. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced trading environment, has a strong understanding of options markets, and can effectively analyze and document findings to support regulatory decision-making.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an active presence on the index and equity options trading floor to monitor and document potential violations of Exchange and SEC rules
  • Conduct real-time surveillance and analysis of securities traded on Cboe exchanges
  • Research trading activity, evaluate evidence, and recommend appropriate alert dispositions to management
  • Assist with maintaining and enhancing policies and procedures related to the Cboe Surveillance Program
  • Partner with regulatory development and investigative teams to strengthen surveillance processes and regulatory initiatives
