Job Description The Global Security Investigator is responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations into various security-related incidents across the organization's global operations. This role involves identifying risks, gathering and analyzing evidence, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate threats and ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets. Conduct thorough and objective investigations into security incidents, including theft, fraud, misconduct, and policy violations. Gather, analyze, and manage evidence, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions or security enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and IT, to address security concerns and implement preventive measures. Liaise with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies as needed to support investigations and threat mitigation. Monitor global security trends and intelligence to proactively identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. Develop strategies for incident prevention and response, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization. Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security issues and protocols. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information throughout the investigation process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related discipline is required. 4 years of investigation experience Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) are desirable. Willingness to travel internationally as required for investigations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards in all aspects of work. Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards related to security and investigations. Multilingual skills are an asset, depending on the regions of operation. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
