We'll train you on the rest and equip you with the tools you need to thrive in the field. Each day will be unpredictable. You'll need to think on your feet and adapt to blend in while conducting surveillance undercover. Your mission is to collect video evidence for use in fraud cases.

Entry level with career advancement in our Surveillance Promotional Track Starting pay: $20/hour, average rookie Investigators earn $44,000-$56,000+ Performance based raise opportunities at 90-day, 6th month, and annual performance reviews Certified Great Place to Work ® PTO accrual from day 1, benefits at 60, 401k with 4% match at 6 months Paid travel, meal per-diem, and accommodations provided on remote cases $30 monthly cell phone contribution

Working Conditions :

sitting for extended periods, long-distance driving, maintaining surveillance position in hot or cold environments, foot pursuits, frequent video camera use, typing and viewing a laptop monitor

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Degree or military experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years old Must have valid driver's license Must currently live in Massachusetts or New England area Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week) Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings Ability to pass DMV check & background check Confident driving skills Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed) Accountability for working under minimal supervision

Pay:

$44,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
