Program Manager /
Drug & Alcohol Testing Specialist Location:
St. Cloud, MN Interested in the criminal justice field? Minnesota Monitoring is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to manage our drug and alcohol testing programs at our St. Cloud location. This role supports county probation and family services across several surrounding counties and plays a key part in maintaining program integrity and client accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of drug and alcohol testing programs Enroll and monitor clients across multiple testing programs Perform testing procedures, including urinalysis (UA), hair, and patch testing Accurately report and document test results Follow strict testing protocols and compliance requirements Work closely with county probation officers and other county personnel Provide professional, respectful service to clients at all times Schedule Managerial duties: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Testing hours:
12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., 1-2 days per week Additional testing hours - 1:00 am - 3:00 pm, 2-3 times per month Occasional weekends: 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Qualifications Background or experience in criminal justice, social services, or a related field preferred Strong ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Ability to follow specific protocols and procedures consistently Professional, timely, and reliable work ethic Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Comfortable working with clients, probation agents, and county partners The selected candidate will be employed by Minnesota Monitoring and will collaborate closely with county agencies in a professional, structured environment.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
