Job Description
The Casino Surveillance Manager is responsible for overseeing the surveillance operations of the casino to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies. This role utilizes advanced surveillance systems to monitor, detect, and document activities to protect company assets, maintain the integrity of gaming operations, and ensure the safety and security of guests and team members. The Surveillance Manager leads and develops a team of surveillance professionals, ensuring effective monitoring of all casino areas and timely reporting of incidents. This position collaborates closely with Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to support investigations, enforce procedures, and maintain a secure and compliant gaming environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage complex operations within a highly regulated, 24/7 casino environment
