Job Description Job Description Job Description A Jersey City community is looking for a motivated and hardworking employee to oversee a Luxury Community of Several High Rise buildings and its community streets. We are looking for a full-time/ person to fill the overnight position. (11:00pm-07:00am)

Responsibilities:

Oversee the surveillance cameras for multiple Hi-Rise Luxury Buildings and surrounding Community Streets Secure premises by patrolling property; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points Troubleshoot surveillance camera issues should they arise Escalate any situation that arises to the appropriate person and/or 911 Emergency Enforce establishment regulations Reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures. Act as overnight fire safety officer

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position, such as a First Responder Comfortability with software including ButterflyMx, Avigilon VMS, Gsuite, and Access Control High school degree and proficiency in English Surveillance skills and details orientation

Physical Requirement:

Ability to jog fast or run in the case of an emergency

Pay Rate:
