We are currently seeking experienced Field Investigators who have previously worked for private investigation, surveillance, insurance defense, or related investigative firms. This position is ideally suited for individuals who are already familiar with the realities of investigative work and can operate independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for professionals who understand that successful investigations require patience, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to constantly changing circumstances. Job Duties Qualified candidates should already possess experience in one or more of the following areas: Mobile surveillance Stationary surveillance Workers' compensation investigations Insurance fraud investigations Activity checks Neighborhood canvasses Witness and subject interviews Recorded statements Cold knocks and field contacts Information gathering and documentation Report writing and evidence preservation Photography and video documentation Applicants should be comfortable conducting investigations in all weather conditions, working irregular schedules, and maintaining professionalism during interactions with subjects, witnesses, employers, medical offices, and other parties.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Field Investigator, Surveillance Investigator, SIU Investigator, or similar investigative position is required. Must possess strong surveillance and report-writing skills. Must have a clean driving record. Must be free and clear of any warrants or disqualifying criminal convictions. Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must own a reliable vehicle suitable for surveillance operations. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on short notice when necessary. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Nevada Private Investigator Work Card preferred but not required. Qualified applicants who can obtain licensing will be considered.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on qualifications, with annual raises after the probationary period has been completed in a satisfactory manner. We offer health insurance, paid holidays, dental, vehicle allowances and mileage reimbursement once you are qualified for a Full-Time position. Monthly bonuses as well as opportunity for advancement will be made available following the probationary period.
