Supervises Surveillance personnel on assigned shift to ensure company assets are being protected and monitored

$67,000 - $82,000 Essential Job Functions Be goal oriented and meet commitments Work in a clandestine environment and observe activities through closed circuit television Must be a team player, and be able to work in a group or at times individually Ensure compliance with all established company and departmental policies and procedures Clearly communicate and enforce company and departmental goals and objectives Conducts performance reviews, evaluations, coaching and mentoring of Surveillance staff in coordination with the Shift Manager Supervises and coordinates activities related to the Surveillance of gaming areas, cashier cages, count rooms, and any other areas as determined by management Assist with the overall training and development of personnel on assigned shift Maintains a thorough understanding of, and ensures compliance with, all the New York State Gaming Commission regulations Keep the Director Surveillance informed of all pertinent information regarding surveillance activities and irregularities Observe, detect and report any cheating activity Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent required Some college preferred Casino surveillance experience preferred Good computer skills required Must be able to train employees on the computer Supervisory experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing Working Conditions Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
