Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations to gather data for a variety of cases as directed.
• Interview witnesses, gather statements, and collect relevant documents and records.
• Investigate, verify, and document information in a clear and concise manner.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and own transportation, mileage compensation will be provided.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, work experience in lieu of degree will be considered, current students are also eligible for consideration. Criminal Justice and Social Work backgrounds preferred.
• Must pass background check and have no criminal history.
• Have cell phone and internet access.
• Reliable, motivated, ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to gather accurate information
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Geographic knowledge of the Allentown area a plus
• Bilingual a plus

Note:

This position is an independent contractor 1099 employee; Choose your own hours from M-F 9am

• 7pm and Saturdays 11 am
• 3pm
