About the Role The Enhanced Analysis Team Lead oversees high-risk case escalation and fraud analysis activities within a regulated, government-aligned program. This role leads investigative efforts, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures that complex cases are handled with urgency, accuracy, and discretion to protect program integrity and public safety. What You'll Do Lead investigation and escalation of high-risk fraud or safety cases Coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders as required Oversee analytical reviews, audits, and investigative documentation Identify trends, patterns, and indicators requiring corrective action Support development and refinement of investigative procedures Provide reporting and briefings to program leadership Minimum Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or three (3) years of relevant professional experience Bilingual in English and Spanish. (preferred) Experience in fraud investigation, safety analysis, compliance, or government-regulated environments Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills Work Schedule Due to the importance of this position, employees supporting this contract may be required to work extended hours including evening work, support on-call assignments, and work weekends to support time-sensitive or real-time complex services, schedule is subject to change at any time based on project needs. ESSENTIAL

-is required to report and work during emergencies or crises, including inclement weather, natural and man-made disasters, etc. Condition of Employment Complete a Drug Test. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid U.S. Driver's license. Available to travel as necessary. Security Clearance/Background Check Requirements Ability to pass a government background investigation Must be a U.S. Citizen o Eligibility for security clearance access as required by assignment Ability to travel and work extended or irregular hours, including emergencies
