00 per hour Step into a key role supporting safeguards enforcement work focused on targeting, tracking, and surveillance. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who brings strong attention to detail, thoughtful judgment, and a commitment to helping maintain safe and responsible AI systems. Responsibilities Review user interactions and customer signals to identify potential policy concerns related to targeting, tracking, and surveillance Apply established policy guidance and operational workflows accurately and consistently Work closely with strategy, policy, and intelligence partners to surface trends and identify possible gaps in policy coverage Flag examples that may help improve classifier performance and enforcement quality Prepare clear weekly updates on review activity and operational patterns Support customer communications and appeal-related follow-up tied to policy enforcement decisions Assist with surge review needs and content labeling when additional team support is required Respond to cross-functional requests with timely, organized, and helpful input Skills Experience with targeting, tracking, and surveillance-related policy content Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and workflows Strong independence and initiative in day-to-day work Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and a systematic approach to complex information Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality work Interest in AI safety, responsible technology, and ethical operations Comfort working with content that may include sensitive, explicit, or disturbing material Preferred Skills Background in content moderation, trust and safety, safeguards, or a related field Familiarity with policy enforcement on digital platforms Experience analyzing user behavior and identifying risk patterns Understanding of AI ethics and responsible technology deployment Experience collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment Horizontal is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable workplace where people of all backgrounds can thrive.
