Electronic System Services (ESS) has a government contract with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing for their Fort Worth Texas facility. ESS is looking to hire individuals to work in our Product Security Station. The duties of the Security clerk entails: Live monitoring of production floor utilizing a workstation connected to the CCTV camera system. This live monitoring is to look to identify potential theft, breaking of security guidelines. Live monitoring will also be used to cover any potential physical security liabilities. Last but the most important aspect: PSS staff assists government personnel (with targeted live monitoring) when quick reaction events happen. Examples of those types of events would be a triggered alarm, medical emergency, employee tracking, employee altercation, extreme weather events. Creating/composing daily records using a desktop PC. PSS creates records and fills out reports daily using Microsoft word, excel, and adobe PDFs. applicants must be proficient and comfortable using a windows desktop pc and the software listed to complete their daily tasks. Performing video investigative research. PSS staff is tasked with investigations that require us to look at recorded video from the
CCTV DVR
system. These types of investigations can include but are not limited to... theft, injuries, damage to the facility and or employee's personal belongings, discrepancies in the production process, altercations, medical emergencies, extreme weather. While performing these investigations PSS personnel will have to create reports, communicate with government personnel, export video, capture screen images. Clear communication. Working in PSS there is daily face to face, phone, and email communication with high ranking government facility personnel. Applicants need to be confident and comfortable communicating via the listed methods with individuals that have oversite and authority in our office. Outside of the duties listed above. PSS is a teamwork based office, on your shift you will have two other individuals on duty with you. Staff will need to be comfortable working in groups complete tasks. Security Clearance To work in PSS at the facility each applicant that is selected, must complete a federal background check before they can start work/training. The federal background check will require you: to list the last 7 years of your work history and living history. They will want references for each job and place you have lived. You are not allowed to use family members as references.

Criminal History check:
The government will search out all your local and federal criminal history. The BEP will not hire felons, domestic abuse, theft, and or fraud. Other criminal convictions are case by case.
Credit History report:
The BEP will not grant a clearance to anyone with poor credit and that have had a recent bankruptcy and or delinquent debt that has gone to collections. Individuals with a credit score sub 650 are not recommended to apply. In person fingerprint appointment. You will have to schedule a in person fingerprint appointment in which you will need to bring three forms of ID. Most common used IDs are a valid drivers license, birth certificate, social security card, us passport. your birth certificate and social security card must not be laminated. Expectations of Employees PSS is a 24 hour 7 day a week operation. Employees are required to show up on time for their shift and be present for their regularly scheduled agreed upon shifts. Individuals that cannot show up on time and or are unable to reliably work their agreed upon shifts will be separated from the company. ESS hires from their part time staff before advertising to the public to fill full time roles Available positions Part time Weekends B shift: This shift is 16 hours per week, two 8 hour shifts per weekend. This is a weekly and or bi weekly shift depending on the applicant. The hours for this shift are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Mandatory Paid Training all new hires (full time and part time) are required to attend two weeks of PAID training. The hours for this training are 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
