This role calls for a poised, situationally aware professional who can seamlessly integrate security precision with warm, attentive guest engagement.

ALERTNESS AND SITUATIONAL AWARENESS AT ALL TIMES ARE CRITICAL TO THIS POSITION.

The PPO must remain vigilant, engaged, and aware of their surroundings, guests, employees, and potential safety concerns throughout the entire shift. Responsibilities Welcome guests and clients with warmth and professionalism , ensuring their comfort while discreetly maintaining a secure and safe environment. Enforce site-specific standards and dress code policies with tact, confidence, and clarity. Patrol and monitor assigned areas with constant alertness and situational awareness at all times. Identify, assess, and track behavioral cues or potential threats while maintaining heightened awareness of the environment at all times. Coordinate with management or law enforcement as needed. Maintain detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs) with accuracy and clarity. Escort staff to vehicles post-shift and complete end-of-night walkthroughs. Rotate indoor/outdoor coverage as assigned and maintain full post coverage at all times.

Hours:

16-32 hours/week Qualifications Active Texas Level IV PPO License MMPI and Firearms Certification (or recent requalification) Concealable firearm with professional holster (no bulging or printing) Professional appearance and demeanor (
