Lawn Care Crew Member

Overview For over 40 years, our locally operated business has provided comprehensive premium care to lawns in the West Nashville area. Utilizing high-quality turf, top-of-the-line equipment. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, turf management, landscaping, and equipment operation while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties At least 1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience required Experience operating equipment such as zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license is a plus but not required Candidate must be willing and able to work a schedule averaging 40-55 hours per week, depending on operational needs. Experience One year prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, is preferred. Basic understanding of horticulture principles including plant care and landscape design concepts. Experience with tree and shrub trimming, pruning techniques, or arboriculture is a plus. Ability to operate equipment like zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems safely and effectively. Someone with a great attitude, a wonderful work ethic, super honest and motivated, with impressive customer service skills!!
