Lawn Care Crew Member/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job Summary We're looking for a motivated, well-mannered, and disciplined individual who takes pride in hard work and is eager to grow a career in the landscaping industry. The right candidate will work alongside experienced team members performing routine maintenance and specialized landscape projects, with opportunities to advance into leadership or equipment operator roles.

Responsibilities:

Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general lawn maintenance Assist with landscape installations, mulching, pruning, and property cleanups Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate professionally with team members and customers Show up on time, ready to work, and represent the company's values in the field

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (NO

) Clean driving record (required for company vehicle operation) Must pass background check and drug test Positive attitude, good manners, and respect for others Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Previous landscaping with a professional company experience required Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
