POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring Lawn Care / Maintenance Technicians with 1-2 years of professional lawn care or landscape maintenance experience . This position is full-time during the mowing season with optional part-time winter work , including snow removal with bonus pay opportunities .

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform lawn maintenance services including: Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Follow daily route schedules and time standards Safely operate commercial mowing equipment Load, fuel, and maintain equipment daily Maintain clean, professional job sites Communicate delays or issues to crew lead Represent the company professionally on all properties

REQUIREMENTS 1-2

years of lawn care or landscape maintenance experience required Experience with commercial mowing equipment preferred Ability to work efficiently on a route-based schedule Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Clean driving record is a plus
