Personal Care Worker

Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate care records Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet individual dietary needs Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of resident spaces Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to safely transfer residents Document care plans, patient observations, and progress notes accurately for ongoing care coordination Requirements Prior experience working preferred, but will train.
