Duties Supervise and coordinate daily lawn maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris to ensure pristine landscapes. Operate and maintain power tools such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and hand tools efficiently and safely. Lead crew members in landscape installation projects, including planting, hardscape installation, irrigation setup, and tree care. Perform equipment inspections, basic repairs, and routine maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Oversee safety protocols on-site, ensuring all team members follow proper procedures when using machinery like excavators or performing construction tasks. Collaborate with clients and team members to plan landscape enhancements and provide expert advice on plant selection and garden design. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor construction work. Strong mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently; previous experience with excavators or similar equipment is a plus. Knowledge of horticulture practices including gardening, tree trimming, pruning, and tree care techniques. Familiarity with hardscape features like patios or walkways and general construction principles. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise crew members effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; comfortable standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, and operating machinery for extended periods. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
