Lawn Mowing Service Operator

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mower/Landscape Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone confident operating commercial-grade mowing equipment and capable of working both independently and as part of a crew. The right candidate takes pride in producing clean, consistent results and understands the pace and standards required for professional residential property maintenance. Responsibilities include mowing, weed whacking, and blowing, along with general site upkeep to ensure each property is left neat and well-finished. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and the ability to maintain quality across multiple properties throughout the day. Responsibilities Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and efficiently (zero-turn and/or stand-on mowers) Perform string trimming (weed whacking) and blowing to ensure a clean, finished property Follow daily routes and complete properties independently or as part of a crew Maintain consistent mowing patterns and quality standards across all sites Conduct basic equipment checks and report any maintenance needs Requirements Proven experience in professional lawn mowing (not entry-level) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a steady, efficient pace Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both solo and with a team

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
