Lawn Technician

Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing tasks efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues such as pests, weeds, or disease, and take appropriate action. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety protocols. Assist with landscaping projects including planting, mulching, and soil preparation to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Maintain equipment by performing regular cleaning, sharpening blades, and reporting repairs needed for optimal performance. Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Skills Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, pest control methods, and landscaping principles. Experience with farming or agriculture practices is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively. Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience with driving large vehicles or trailers is desirable. Good physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills for teamwork and client interactions.
