You will:

Build Relationships:

Assist with meals, mobility, and personal comfort.

Monitor Well-being:

Keep a close eye on vital signs and comfort levels, reporting directly to our nursing supervisors.

Create Comfort:

Be the person who answers the call, ensuring every resident feels loved, safe, and heard. What We're Looking For A high school diploma or GED. A heart for service and excellent listening skills. A desire to grow (we pay for your CNA certification!). Age 18+ and ability to communicate effectively in English (Bilingual skills are a plus!).
