LCSW, LCPC or LMSW

Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) looking to work in a primary care setting? You will collaborate with primary care clinicians to develop treatment plans that address both physical and behavioral healthcare using a shared EMR. You will have the support of mission-driven colleagues who appreciate the opportunity to support patients in rural communities by employing solution-focused interventions. Meet regularly with LCSW, LCPC and LMSW colleagues to advance initiatives, participate in peer supervision activities, and to enhance your skill set by obtaining licensure as a drug and alcohol counselor (LADC). Expand your knowledge base with self-directed continuing education monies and time to attend external training opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in the treatment of behavioral health and substance use disorder utilizing evidence-based treatment.
